St John’s C of E Church

The new Rector, who came in March 2020, warmly welcomes St John’s School to attend Church School Services at Christmas and Easter.  On these occasions and due to numbers, we find it best that the Infants and Juniors have their own services which also allows them to be more age appropriate.  Rev Aysha has welcomed classes to come to church for Advent /Christmas and Holy/ Easter experiences and at other times to learn about things we do in church, like baptism and weddings.  Rev Aysha also comes into school to lead Collective Worship for both the Infants and the Juniors.  

St John’s Church is also part of the life of St John’s School in that a significant number of parents, grandparents, carers and children regularly attend the All Age Services each Sunday at 11.00 am.
