Topic ideas

Our topic this term is all about Changes and we have moved on to looking at Plants. Ideas could be to go on a plant hunt around your garden or find out some facts about wild plants/garden plants. If you have your sunflower at home, keep a diary of its growth. Take photos or draw each day.

English

5 minutes (or more!) of daily reading really does help! I have uploaded a couple of videos to Seesaw to show you how to pronounce different phonemes (sounds). You could have a word hunt at home – write and hide some words that you can read or put into a sentence.

You could also have a go at making some lists of objects around your house.

Maths

I will be adding different maths activities over the coming days for you to try. In the meantime, you can print/write these numbers and I have suggested different ways in which they could be used.
